On the role of Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide service to clients which would require you to:

  • Handle daily service calls and/or inquiries from customers, coordinate and follow up with related parties, such as technician and sales team
  • Answer inquiries, resolve and escalate feedback appropriately and professionally
  • Handle full set documentation on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback case to ensure accurate records are maintained
  • Prepare sales quotation, order processing input and check stock availability
  • Work closely with technical team and liaise with customers on after sales services
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Coordinate & maintain service documentations (service report and spare parts transaction)
  • Provide support on spare parts inventory management and control

 

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary graduate or above, with background of Science subject will be a plus
  • 1-2 years relevant coordination experience, familiar or with prior work exposure in Engineering Company will be a definite advantage. Fresh graduate is also welcome.  Candidate with more than 5 years of experience has the opportunity to be considered for the role of Senior Sales Coordinator
  • Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS office, Excel and data analysis skills
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Proactive, self-motivated, meticulous, independent and willing to work under pressure.

You will be responsible to handle projects from design stage to installation and commissioning with project handover, which could require you to:

  • Coordinate with clients and relevant parties for project submissions and solving other project matters;
  • Attend project meetings and inspection arrangement for the projects;
  • Prepare and review project correspondences, e-mails and submissions and the relevant;
  • Monitor and report the project progress and conditions to management level;
  • Monitor the workmanship during the project installation;
  • Response the engineering issues at site, follow up and reports;
  • Provide technical advice on design, production process and quality assurance.

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Mechanical / Building Services/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in project, candidates with less experience and Fresh Graduates will be considered to the position of Assistant Engineer;
  • Hands on skills in AutoCAD, Building Information Modelling(BIM), Microsoft Project and the relevant;
  • Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.

You will be responsible for the corporate and product marketing of Cozy Life and affiliated companies, which could require you to:

  • Prepare product sales materials inc. catalogues, spec sheets, presentations, etc.
  • Create content and perform SEO for company websites
  • Prepare promotion materials according to sales team’s requirement
  • Assist the team in other marketing or design-related work
  • Part-time also considered: work in office, 2 full days / 4 half days per week

 

Requirements:

  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
  • Knowledge in website management will be a plus.
  • Design sense and proficiency in graphic design software will be a plus.
  • Ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Team player, critical thinker, self-motivated and proactive positive attitude.
  • Mature, self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure.

You will be responsible for the design and development of thermal system solutions and ensuring their good implementation, which could require you to:

  • Design thermal systems based on project needs and specifications;
  • Prepare and follow up tenders and other proposals;
  • Prepare technical materials inc. specifications, calculations, drawings, etc.;
  • Assist the manager in project management;
  • On-site support, e.g. inspection, coordination, testing and commissioning;
  • Actively coordinate with sub-contractor to ensure smooth and professional execution of project;
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with direct and indirect clients;
  • Provide technical advice to sales and marketing colleagues;
  • Assist the manager in other engineering related work.

 

 Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in the design and installation of HVAC systems;
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Mechanical / Building Services/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering-related work experience, candidates with less experience and Fresh Graduates will be considered to the position of Assistant Engineer;
  • Hands on skills in AutoCAD / equivalent CAD software;
  • Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
